ANWIL increases output at Włocławek facility

Euro Chlor member ANWIL is planning to invest approx. PLN 1.3 billion (approx. 303 million EUR) in increasing the output of their fertilisers production facilities in Włocławek, Poland.  Additionally, the company is considering strengthening its strategic petrochemical assets by increasing the production capacity of its PVC facilities.

Today, the production capacity of ANWIL in terms of nitrogen fertilizers is approx. 1 million tons per year. After the expansion of the facilities in this area, the output will increase by almost 50%, i.e. a further 495 000 tons. There are also plans to expand the range of fertilizers with four new products.

ANWIL is an integral element of the ORLEN Group, which takes care of the development of the region in every location in which it operates. This chemical company is already employing more than 1,300 people and is one of largest employers in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region. The completion of the investment in fertilizers will create about 90 new jobs.
