August 2020 Chlorine Production
The August 2020 European chlorine production stood at 768,719 tonnes. With 24,797 tonnes, the August 2020 average daily production was 3.5% lower than in the previous month (July 2020: 25,686 tonnes) and 7.5% lower than in August 2019 (26,798 tonnes).
With 262,649 tonnes, the August 2020 caustic soda stocks were 8.4% higher than in the previous month (July 2020: 242,353 tonnes), and 85 tonnes above the level of August 2019 (262,564 tonnes).
